Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out directly and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
What documents do I need for tax preparation?
It depends on your situation. At a minimum, bring any W-2s, 1099s, Social Security statements, and last year's return if you have it. Business owners should also have records of income, expenses, and asset purchases. We'll send you a preparation checklist when you schedule.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. A large portion of our clients are small business owners — LLCs, S-corps, sole proprietors, and partnerships. We handle bookkeeping, payroll, business tax returns, and strategic planning for businesses at all stages.
Can you help with payroll taxes?
Yes. We manage payroll tax deposits, quarterly 941 filings, and year-end W-2 and 1099 preparation. We also handle SUTA/FUTA filings and new hire reporting.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. We see clients in person at our Cleveland, GA office and virtually for those who prefer remote meetings. Many of our clients handle everything remotely.
What accounting software do you support?
We primarily work with QuickBooks Online. If you're using something different, reach out and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it or help you with a transition.
What's the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping is the day-to-day recording of transactions — categorizing income and expenses, reconciling accounts, keeping records current. Accounting uses those records to produce financial statements, file taxes, and support business decisions. We handle both.
Can you help with amended returns?
Yes. If you need to correct a previously filed return — whether prepared by us or someone else — we can file an amended return (Form 1040-X for individuals, or the appropriate business form).
Do you work year-round or only during tax season?
Year-round. Tax questions, payroll, bookkeeping, and planning conversations happen throughout the year. April is our busiest stretch, but we're accessible all twelve months.
Ready for accounting support you can actually rely on?
Schedule an initial consultation and let's talk about your tax and accounting needs. We're available year-round, not just during tax season.
